My girlfriend just got a car from this company. A 2021 Volkswagen Atlas. After being told that there was nothing wrong with this vehicle and going through everything and finally purchasing we have A 2021 Volkswagen Atlas. After being told that there was nothing wrong with this vehicle and going through everything and finally purchasing we have now had it for just over 2 months. So far we have had to replace all of the brakes and the back rotors. We were told this would not have to be done because they were new. But they were not. Next there was body damage to one of the doors. A very visible wavy door panel. Unfortunately we bought it at night and in the poor lighting it was not seen. However when we brought it up to them they said they had never seen it before. This was the day after we bought it. You're trying to tell me that all of the people that work at Volkswagen who look at these cars every day and are trying to sell them, not one of you saw a very visible wavy door panel? When we brought it back to them, they did fix it. But not after a lot of run around, and us bringing up that this was a safety feature (a door) and was under warranty for fixing things like that. We fought with them until they finally agreed. 3 weeks later the car mysteriously shuts off all of the time and needs to be jump started. We were told everything had been checked and everything was kosher. I was always told that car dealers are some of the worst people around and now I understand why. Be very careful with this company as they will try to sell you a lemon. Here we are trying to help out a company by going to them and they do you like this. Very disappointed with them. Unless they fix this problem I will continue to make sure nobody else goes to this company. It's an easy fix, balls in your court. Don't make this harder than it has to be. More

Have been inquiring multiple times about an ongoing issue for a while - they did not detect anything. I took it to a second a opinion where they found a leak. Brought it up again at my oil change appt today for a while - they did not detect anything. I took it to a second a opinion where they found a leak. Brought it up again at my oil change appt today and the service advisor was extremely dismissive and I found that to be very rude. This is super frustrating and having a service representative look uninterested and act inconsiderately to what I was trying to explain was extremely frustrating and disappointing considering how long we have been a customer at Volkswagen. I have never felt so unheard at a dealership with reference to other vehicles I drive. More
