my new A4 I had been coordinating with Ryan Lee and Carlos Montanes for almost a month to complete deal for a new A4 Technik. Afterwards Capilano Audi allowed I had been coordinating with Ryan Lee and Carlos Montanes for almost a month to complete deal for a new A4 Technik. Afterwards Capilano Audi allowed me to store the vehicle for almost a month while I sold my other car so I did not get stuck with double car payments. On the day I cam to Vancouver to complete the deal and pick up the car Carlos picked me up at the others dealers location where was transferring my old lease and drove me to Capilano where I had a great experience and drove away with my New A4 . Carlos and Ryan were super nice and helpful throughout the negotiations and final paperwork and the key handover. The care drives amazing and we're super happy. Our only compliant about the car so far is the cup holder is to close to the front and can't fit most travel mugs in height. More

He is a good listener and took time to answer our questions and to address our concerns, no pushy at all. He kept his promise, the car looks even newer when we picked it up than test drive. We can't even recognize it. When we picked the car up, he explained the process to us and introduced us to everyone involved. With his prep work, we don't need to repeat anything. True to Their Word I pulled in with a loud noise coming from my 2008 Q7 (which I did not buy from them). One of their service guys took the time to come out and listen to the noise, made a preliminary diagnosis then asked if I had 15-mins to have a technician look at it. The tech verified the diagnosis, a detailed quote was provided, parts ordered and service booked. The vehicle wasn't ready when I came to pick it up - but no problem. They set me up with a SWEET 2018 A4 for the weekend, and all was good. I picked up the Q7 Monday, the cost was as quoted and it runs smoothly. More
