First experience with my used Audi Overall good service but were way out on the pickup time. I ended up sitting around for almost 1 1/2 hours and was credited $25 for my effort. Also had my push button drivers door lock changed out with one of the other working ones. I asked for it to come from the passenger back door and they took the working one from the back door on the drivers side. Now if this one craps out I have no way of locking my car with the button without either looking for my FOB or going to the other side of the car. The guys were great otherwise and the I had no other issues. More
