When I went to Capilano Audi, I was met by Lachine Ounchi who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was not made to feel under any pressure to purchase. My subsequent meetings with the finance manager, Natalie was very satisfactory as well. I felt I was able to come to a mutually agreeable purchase price. The operation of the vehicle was thoroughly explained to me prior to leaving the lot by Matt who knew the vehicle and its operation very well. His explanations were clear and understandable. Overall, I was most satisfied with my experience and love the vehicle. More

We took it for a test drive and liked the vehicle, but it had a scrape mark on the bumper. Audi fixed the scratch and we bought the car. All round good experience and service. Highly recommended. I get it, you work for Audi...cool. Doesn't mean you're better than everybody! The staff could try to be a bit more personable (maybe try smiling once in a while) and at least give the illusion that they care about making sure their customers have a good experience. I was there for about half an hour, and after interacting with some of the expressionless, borderline miserable-looking sales people, I gave up and went elsewhere. I'm really not into that whole "I'm soOOOoO important!" vibe they have going on there. More
