My subsequent meetings with the finance manager, Natalie was very satisfactory as well. I felt I was able to come to a mutually agreeable purchase price. The operation of the vehicle was thoroughly explained to me prior to leaving the lot by Matt who knew the vehicle and its operation very well. His explanations were clear and understandable.
