We took it for a test drive and liked the vehicle, but it had a scrape mark on the bumper. Audi fixed the scratch and we bought the car. All round good experience and service. Highly recommended. Wow. Will not be coming back! It's such a shame that these people made me feel so unwelcome at their dealership - perhaps it was because I didn't appear to be up to their "standard It's such a shame that these people made me feel so unwelcome at their dealership - perhaps it was because I didn't appear to be up to their "standard", or, that's just how arrogant they are to everyone who walks in. I get it, you work for Audi...cool. Doesn't mean you're better than everybody! The staff could try to be a bit more personable (maybe try smiling once in a while) and at least give the illusion that they care about making sure their customers have a good experience. I was there for about half an hour, and after interacting with some of the expressionless, borderline miserable-looking sales people, I gave up and went elsewhere. I'm really not into that whole "I'm soOOOoO important!" vibe they have going on there. More
