We worked closely with the sales manager, Nihk Lo, to close a deal I was happy with. Nihk is very knowledgeable mechanically with automotive vehicles, and will explain anything you noticed that was wrong in the used vehicle, whether it is on the inspection report, or during your test drive. The only gripe I have is that the vehicle had OEM all-weather rubber floor mats prior to service and detailing, but was no where to be found when I picked up the car. A small price to pay for amazing customer service. More
