Most importantly Derek Lau the general manager saw to it that when my wife's previous lease of her vehicle was up and we returned her vehicle to Acura... that he had a replacement vehicle ready for us to use until the vehicle we had ordered arrived. This was a month and half later and the vehicle loaner he gave us was slightly better then the one we had ordered...first class all the way!! Thank you Derek!! The car was in great shape, detailed and I took over the Factory-Backed Limited Warranty with a total coverage of 6 years or 160,000 kilometres. There were some issues regarding the tires on my 2015 Audi SQ5 Certified Pre-Owned, but the General Manager, Sales Managers and Service Manager attended to my concerns and ordered new tires from Toronto at no extra cost. For my safety, they lent me new tires for 10 days until the new tires arrive, so I could continue driving to Whistler, Mount Baker, and Seattle. I love driving my Audi and should have purchased one years ago. She hugs the road, purrs like a kitten and demands respect! I'm so glad I bought another German vehicle and added a "S" in front of my Q5. Great service and knowledgeable employees, and I highly recommend the Capilano Audi Dealership in North Vancouver.
