Looking at other reveiws, this is typical, as a manager you know your front line service personnel in the drop off area are substandard but you choose not to do anything. Im stuck with these individuals, but my next purchase will be at a different dealership.

Philip advised you correctly with the information provided surrounding Toyota coverage pending what was found on your car. After our senior technician spent 1.5 hours on your vehicle going through the diagnostic process. It was found that the fuel in your vehicle was contaminated, smelling of sulfur and was diluted. Prior to returning the vehicle to you, a 2km test drive was completed without an indication that there were coil packs not reconnected.
