This place use to be great. Maggie our sales person was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. However the service department is a complete disaster. And once you buy, you are pretty much stuck using your “free” or “prepaid” service. The last 4 years have been painful in dealing with service. My most recent experience was no exception. In fact it was completely predictable. I booked an oil change 1 week in advance and booked a “wait” while the service was done. The person I booked with suggested I book 90 minutes prior to when I needed to vehicle back. I was ok with that as I was trying to maximize my driving/gas efficiency and needed to be in the area of the dealership for my next appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early, but was told they could not do the oil change in 90 minutes. It would take about 2 hours minimum. Hello? Why did I book this appointment I said to myself? So I left. Rebooked. Only because I have my “free” oil changes. Day of service and I’m told I will get vehicle back in timely manner. However first tells me that my oil changes have expired. Oops. No, they haven’t. But I need to spend over $100 for the inspection and tire rotation. Pardon? Here’s the crazy part. I have not even taken my winter tires off yet as they are finished and I figure until they are really worn down, I might as well drive them. So why would I rotate them??? Zero sense. Anyway, oil change is getting done. I will give up my “free” oil changes for the next year and go somewhere else. This is the last straw. In the past with service mishaps, I have complained to the service manager - who made ridiculous excuses and wasted my time doing the post survey. To which NO ONE follows up. We were looking forward to dealing with Maggie again when we replace this vehicle, but we just cannot. We will take our business somewhere else. And pray for better service. More

We purchased a certified used Rav 4 a couple of years ago from Canyon Creek. We discovered we had difficulties with the jack when we were changing our summer and winter tires. This may be a small item, but they would have been within their rights to decline to help us due to the time that had passed. More
Canyon Creek Toyota staffs are proactive in notifying me ahead of their available vehicle that matches my preference. Maricel was very accommodating when we get in for the test drive appointment. she's quic ahead of their available vehicle that matches my preference. She and the finance manager Shaiful did not turn me down on the price deals, they promised me a $200 cheque. I think that's better at least! I recommend Canyon Creek Toyota to anybody looking for a friendly car dealer. More
When my son was looking to buy his first (used) car, we happened to come to Canyon Creek Toyota. From the moment we first walked into the dealership, we were treated with the utmost courtesy and respect by all the staff, especially by: Nav, our salesman (who we can not say enough about re: his polite demeanor, customer service skills, and attention to detail); Al, in finance (who was a fountain of knowledge in helping us find our way through mounds of paperwork); and the reception team (who each time we came in, always greeted us with genuine smiles, enthusiasm, and helpful "directions" to the free coffee). Both my son and I would not hesitate to recommend Canyon Creek Toyota and its excellent staff to anyone looking to buy a new (or used) automobile. We will definitely be back.
