Lawrence Viegas is excellent in service I have been taking my vehicles to Lawrence in the service department at Canyon Creek Toyota for the last three years and he is excellent. He always gets me in whenever I need it and he makes sure I am taken care of in terms of loaner cars or information on what is necessary for my car. I can't recommend him enough. More

They are real assets to C Creek Toyota and a pleasure to deal with. I have had my trade in serviced at this dealership for some time and try to deal with Evan Fullerton. Evan is exceptional and a great asset to C.Creek Toyota as well. I have only given a 4 out of 5 on price because the customer thinks he should always have done better and I am no exception. However, overall, I am completely satisfied with both my sales and service experience at this dealership. More

Drew greeted us as we stepped out of our vehicle ( no appointment) and made us feel welcome Our experience with Canyon Creek Toyota was exceptional. Drew greeted us as we stepped out of our vehicle ( no appointment) and made us feel welcome immediately. The vehicle we were interested in was made immediately available and Drew is a consummate professional with extensive product knowledge. He continually provided education about the vehicle during the test drive, yet gave us the time to experience driving the Highlander. His answers to our questions were immediately forthcoming. He was with us from start to finish ( past his going home time, both times) and made sure that we were, in fact, comfortable with our choice and our decision. We had been to another Toyota dealership that morning and the difference between the two was night and day. We found the same excellent service through the Finance Department as well. Worried Had a test drive with Sales person ALI was told that it would go through AMVIC inspection and will be taken care of the problem of Shaking while car a Had a test drive with Sales person ALI was told that it would go through AMVIC inspection and will be taken care of the problem of Shaking while car accelerated. But after delivery the same problem is still there and the car was supposed to be cleaned all through, but not done at all rather the sales guy gave excuses that the service manager was not in today. Will check with the Sales Manager Mike. More

Excellent Service & No Hard Sell! After visiting a dealership where the salesman spoke directly to my husband (I was the one buying a vehicle), and being subjected to a pushy salesman After visiting a dealership where the salesman spoke directly to my husband (I was the one buying a vehicle), and being subjected to a pushy salesman at another, I was pleasantly surprised to find the exact opposite at Canyon Creek Toyota! My saleswoman (Maggie) was always courteous, and spoke to me, while including my husband. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and sought prompt answers to questions that she wasn't sure of. I felt that I received a great deal, with extras thrown in without haggling for them. I was very impressed about that! They found the colour vehicle I wanted and had the car in perfect shape when we arrived to pick it up. We also got a tour of the dealership and I was given the card of the service representative who would be assigned to me permanently. Now, THAT is what I call service! I would definitely buy at Canyon Creek again, with the hopes that Maggie would be there to help me. Thanks Maggie! More
