Bought new winter tires, one popped, not happy with service I just bought a set of brand new winter tires, one popped, a month later. Was charged full price for a new tire and they wouldn't even wave a $20 dol I just bought a set of brand new winter tires, one popped, a month later. Was charged full price for a new tire and they wouldn't even wave a $20 dollar install fee. Ended up buying the tire from a competitor who did the install free with new tire purchase (which seems to be the industry standard) for a cheaper price that what Canyon Creek quoted me. Not happy considering I just bought a set of winter tires from Canyon Creek a month before. More

One of the latest examples of his commitment to excellence customer service is when I last took our 4Runner in for an oil change. I told him about how I was told by the last customer service representative that Toyota was not going to replace our heated seat switch for 1.5 year old 4Runner. I was told we needed to pay for it out of pocket, even though the vehicle was still under warranty. I was even told by the customer service representative that he would get back to me because I insisted it was under warranty and should be covered. A year later, I had heard nothing back from Toyota Canada or Canyon Creek and found myself back there taking the 4Runner in for another oil change. (My husband had taken it in for the one between the visits I made.). I told Lawrence about my frustration and he said he would look into it. Twenty minutes before my vehicle was ready to go, he came and told me that he was going to have the heated seat fixed and there would be no charge to us. He commented on how sorry he was that the other CSR hadn’t taken the proper steps to get it fixed for us, and he was very apologetic. I really appreciated Lawrence’s warmth and understanding of my plight to have my seat heated again!! We have made Canyon Creek Toyota our dealer of choice for our vehicle purchases as well as our dealer of choice to have them maintained and serviced for the last 16 years and because of the truely amazing service from Lawrence Viegas, we will continue to make it our dealer of choice for another 16 years and more!!
