I bought two toyota cars from different dealers. You mentioned the toyota standards is also liar. I got service (free oil changing) from south point toyota for 2 years without any you mentioned service charge! Even if there is a standard from toyota canada, do you should tell us before we buying? Oil change costs around $80, and you charge us $90 for checking! Do you think the "free"? A brand new car, what should service checking for $90? And your story is not just this service charge. How about refundable deposit? How about two to six weeks car delivery? Before the deposit, you promised a lot, this was the reason we chose you. We made the biggest mistake was we did not check the deposit agreement!

Philip advised you correctly with the information provided surrounding Toyota coverage pending what was found on your car. After our senior technician spent 1.5 hours on your vehicle going through the diagnostic process. It was found that the fuel in your vehicle was contaminated, smelling of sulfur and was diluted. Prior to returning the vehicle to you, a 2km test drive was completed without an indication that there were coil packs not reconnected.
