Picked up a brand new 2020 RDX in July 2020. Nobody has since followed up with me to check on how the car is going and if I have any questions. Called to make an appointment to have my battery replaced under warranty. Was told they didn’t have any for my 2017 TLX and that I “shouldn’t hold my breath”. Bought 3 cars here, but no more.
