We are embarrassed and deeply sorry we delivered such a poor customer communication experience to you. We do use an external call center (located in North America) and your feedback will help us greatly in reevaluating that relationship. It's also clear that we've got some training to do with our service desk team. We have not had an ownership change post-COVID and our management team is focused on correcting these issues and making sure our guests are properly served. One additional note: A diagnostic fee is customary for investigating vehicle issues, particularly noises as they can be caused by a variety of factors. Our team should have done a better job communicating that to you. Thank you for your feedback and helping us improve our business.

Good evening , thank you for getting back to my response/complaint. I actually left a voice message with your general manager over the past weeks and he also didn't return my call !! I therefore don't see any point to send him a message. You would think that such a complaint would get their attention for a returned call .. not impressed !
