My husband and I bought a 2016 Tacoma limited and have been having it serviced there since bought in 2018. In July I bought a 2021 LexusNx300F. As it was approaching winter, and knowing the service/ parts been having it serviced there since bought in 2018. In July I bought a 2021 LexusNx300F. As it was approaching winter, and knowing the service/ parts department was excellent having used it with the Toyota, I asked Tyler for a quote on snow tires , aluminum rims and sensors for my Lexus. Tyler got me into an excellent price that beat every other quote I had looked into. The pick up was quick, easy and seamless( we didn't need install) as we have a shop at home. I am beyond pleased with the service department and especially Tyler in the parts department. Tyler went above and beyond for me and I am sooo happy!I highly recommend anyone to the parts and service department for all Toyota and Lexus needs. More

Picked up our new 2024 RAV4 hybrid Ltd July 9 2024. Ordered it approximately Sept 2023. Tanner was our most terrific and thorough salesperson and Herve in Finance was on top of everything. Fantastic service! My car was making a horrendous noise this afternoon. I dropped in to see if I could make an appt. The service advisor,Amanda took me in right away. My car was making a horrendous noise this afternoon. I dropped in to see if I could make an appt. The service advisor,Amanda took me in right away. She found the service tech,Paul W and he had the issue diagnosed in short order. He fixed the issue very quickly and viola...no more horrendous noise. This is why I service here. The advisors provide excellent customer service and the technicians are very knowledgeable and the best I've found. Thank you Paul and Amanda for helping me in a fix and doing so outstanding service. Just bought a 2017 Toyota Sienna. Dealing with Kam in the used car department was great. Dealing with Lincoln Young was also very good. The issue I have is with the detailing which was supposed to have happened before I received my vehicle. My wife and I could see that a rush job had been done and that there were many areas which were neglected. The windows were all streaky and there were hand prints in the back section. The area in by the shifter had not been cleaned, also the vents were not cleaned. The screen for the radio etc. was smudged. In general the detailers did not do a very good job. I voiced my concern to Kam, but I feel sending a review would get better action. More

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. From calling numerous times and leaving voicemails and having no one respond. DO NOT USE CAMBRIDGE TOYOTA. Go to Kitchener or Brantford! During service, without prior discussion with me, a large amount of perfumed foam was sprayed into the air ducts of my car. I have a sensitivity to fragrances, and at the level applied to my vehicle this cau amount of perfumed foam was sprayed into the air ducts of my car. I have a sensitivity to fragrances, and at the level applied to my vehicle this causes headaches, nausea and hives (rash). When brought to their attention they advised they had no solution and I’d just have to wait for dissipation. When asked how long that would take I was advised “Not sure, when done to my vehicle I stopped noticing the smell after 3 or 4 days”. So I guess I paid to make my car unusable for at least 3-4 days with no offer to remedy the situation… money well spent More
