Worst customer service ever. I don't recommend anyone coming and should stay away if you can. Booked an appointment on 12:30pm afternoon for service and they mentioned it would b I don't recommend anyone coming and should stay away if you can. Came in on 2pm and never started my service at all and said I would have to wait another 2 hours until 4:30pm. I decided to take my car back and take my business else where. Being dishonest, wasting your time and not telling you anything important. I am never going back there ever again. They just lost themselves a customer. You can't run a business like this if you do this to your customers. GOODBYE CAMBRIDGE TOYOTA! GOODBYE FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
