I was dealing with someone in the used cars at Toyota and at first wasn’t getting the best experience and wasn’t too happy with this location. Me and my farther decided to come back and that is when we met Alex Baddoura. I’m so happy to say that Alex went beyond out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. Amazing customer service. Alex has such a great and pure heart. Was not pushy at all and was 100% professional. When me and my father went to look at the vehicle he ran to the car to open the doors for us. Alex should defiantly be rewarded for his amazing service. Even though we were not able to close a deal due to managers not even able to meet in the middle he still did everything he could for us.
