I bought a 12 Camry from them, amazing price, Pedrum was great, everyone was very friendly. The manager came out to meet us I cant remeber his name but also very nice. All joking aside it seemed like a great place to buy a used car Im sending my father there next week More
Saw a 2012 Corolla posted online, the price was great, dealt with Mark he was super friendly. The delivery was delayed which I found annoying (they said it had to do with the new etest procedure) but Mar dealt with Mark he was super friendly. The delivery was delayed which I found annoying (they said it had to do with the new etest procedure) but Mark and Chris were very helpful and I found their prices really low compared to most dealers. They only give half a tank with their used cars the detail job wasnt that great but the price was almost 1000 less then the next lowest price store, so I guess to get what you pay for. I would recommend them amazing price, great people. the only problem i had was delivery time but overall a good experience 4/5 More

The dealer called me demanding I rush out in a storm to sign papers(quote..I pushed bank you need get here before bank changes its mind.He never read papers/ no car-facts.No safety papers at time of first signing. My insurance company faxed over papers for me to sign(Dealer denied I needed too and I never got from dealer at all.The next two day hurry up-wait Even at end he rushed deal/ never went over papers ( I did .Financed 2010 kia forte feb 1st/ ) Never told me my monthly payments used weather as rush reason/ Handed me papers as he handed me the Keys I realized as I got to far end kitchener I did not have proof of insurance/ called them more issues/ dealt with on own.I called in on saturday and talked to part owner George. He said sorry / will squash deal/ sounded helpful at first;. I filled him in on .lies/ car issues/ rush dealer/ no insurance paper when left. car returned for repairs/ cleaning/ and they to put in free remote start.. and other bad service. George gave me a cheque for 1,000( never said conditional )( had to be returned it was a conditional we feel bad for you. take our car anyways. gave me rental but after 4 days I called heard they found another repair needed( I am now without a car./) They have my plates. ,I called told him I am not taking car enough issues( he turned rude) I cannot cancel loan till you give back the money, and return rentall .I feel not compensated for their very awful service..I have been left scrambling looking at several dealerships to get a car .I am afraid I will be taken advantage of again.No compensation by this Cambridge Kia. ,I called told him I am not taking car enough issues;I requested he call bank advise I am not buying car after all.He never sent confirmation from bank yet,,,Only sent this email. Hi Laura.............This email confirms that we have notified the bank and cancelled the deal and loan for the blue 10 Forte. I will email a final confirmation as soon as the bank sends it. Went to Cambridge kia after reading they were "Cambridge's Best used car dealer". Where to start? I was lied too from the start. Purchased a Used 2009 Vehicle, With broken Items that would never have passed a safety. Everything about the Vehicle Was complete Lies. Website Stated the following. Fully Loaded - NO.. LS model is not fully loaded. LT Fully loaded! Not a Rental Car - Yes it was. They gave me that info after i'd signed my Financing Certified - Broken Tail light, (returned Twice to be fixed, 2nd time i went Ballistic) Scratches & a small dent which they told me they would repair but did not. Lousy Warranty. I told the Dealer Manager that the website was False Advertising, Told him that it was pathetic that you had to lie about the cars. Guess that's the only way they can do Business. My trade in was only worth $500.. (that's ok it was a piece of junk.) But at the time to sign they would only give me $300 Not what had been Agreed on before. The only + to my whole experience was the Price. That's the only reason i stayed. Would i buy a used Car from Cambridge Kia again? xxxx NO!!!!!!!!!! More
I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Once the car is sold the staff is no longer interested in you. Getting a phone call back is impossible. I had a 2011 Kia Rondo run fantastically for 1 week. Now, less than a month into ownership I'm still looking for a response, a repair, and a part. Avoid this dealership. More
Purchased a 2008 Mazda 6, loved the price, of course now I know why. The car itself has an iphone attachment which does not work. I was very excited when I saw this car with the iphone adapter to play music since I do not ever play cds and strongly dislike them as no one uses cd's anymore, people use usb ports, iphone, or blackberry attachments! Upon checking further discovered the cd player does not play mp3 cd's as stated in the manual (page 6-20 bullet note 4. The staff was very friendly however I am very disappointed in the sales person for telling me the iphone attachment worked, and that I was never given a response. Therefore I would not recommend this dealer, and now will have to pay to get someone to rip the stereo out and put a new one in, not having it even a month as I am that annoyed with it! I hate cd's so much and probably would not have even purchased the car knowing this since music is such a huge deal for me. More
I went to 3 kia dealers before visiting this one. The had the lowest price, and were the friendliest of the ones I went to. When I drove the sportage I hated it, the blind spots are terrible, but Mark suggested I look at the Sorento, it wasn't much more money and I was much more comfortable in it. I didnt buy that day, I went to guelph kia (im from guelph) to make sure I was getting the best price. the experience there was not as good, it was even worse then when I got the sportage quote. The price was slightly better from Cambridge. I was gald cause the sales manager at guelph was quite rude. When I went back to Cambridge they couldnt do any better on the price but they said there was a vip service program which im enrolled in (half price oil changes or somthing like that, but I'll prol use jiffy lube as always) I bought that day mark was great. In between visits he called twice and emailed. He even remembered my kids names. if I had one complaint I would say that he didnt know enough about the product, he had to ask his manager chris several times, but thats fine he was great too. It was a very good experience, they are very friendly, even when they knew I was price shopping, which is when most other dealers acted like I was wasting their time. Also by insisting on the test drive Mark really helped me. I would have realized The blind spots were bad on the sportage anyway (its a shame cause it looks way better than the sorento, but trust me they are brutal) but he saved me a lot of time. Highly recommended, in fact I told my neighbor to see Mark about a used car. Mark sent me a thank you card a week after I picked up the car he said he would give me a refferal fee of 100 bucks so I hope he buys:) More

They cheat you with the adjustments at the time of delivery as well. There were recalls a few times - dont know for what and after that the performace of the car goes down. I have always had poor customer service from them repeatedly and today the service was at its worst. I was given 10.30 a.m. time slot an I did report there at 10.30 a.m. but was told the service was scheduled at 10.00 and I was late. The Service Manager Kevin said that it will take a good 30 mins to let me know how long it will take to service my car. The technicians there do not know to fix the side view mirror, mount the door glass and they had taken 4 hours for this before. Never buy a car at this dealership and if you do so its a nightmare More
Bad vibe from the get-go with these guys. Sales rep who didn't know what he was selling in regard to features or trim levels. This dealership was sneaky and misleading right from the very beginning. I wanted to buy a new Kia Soul. After the initial test drive I told them I would go home and speak to my husband and call the next very beginning. I wanted to buy a new Kia Soul. The saleman was really pressuring me to tell him what I was willing to pay per month and what I wanted for my trade-in. I kept telling him that I thought he should tell me what my trade-in was worth but he insisted that I tell him what I wanted for it. I told him I wanted to know the value of my trade in and he said that they couldn't tell me without making a phone call and they wouldn't do that unless I made a deposit on the vehicle. Well, I was getting ticked off so I told him he better make me an offer on my trade-in or I was going to walk. The whole time he kept going back and forth to the sales managers office saying "i can't make these kinds of decisions. don't shoot the messenger". When he saw how upset I was getting he finally offered me a price on the trade-in. I thought it was fair. I went back to the dealership with my husband that evening for a final test drive and we told him we would like to buy the vehicle, were willing to pay full sticker price, but wanted a $375 accessory thrown in. Once again, he had to go ask the manager but would not go and ask him unless I gave him my credit card. He said he needed a commitment from me that I was going to buy the vehicle. I said "I've been here 3 times in the last 24 hours, how much more commitment do you want from me? I'm not going to give you my credit card until I know the FINAL price". Well, he said the Sales Manager could not decide if he could throw in the accessory without calling the owner. We were getting the run-around so we left. As we were driving away, suddenly the sales manager chased us down and miraculously now had the authority to make the deal. We said we were unhappy with the way we had been treated. He said "If you're not comfortable here then we don't want your business!" and shooed us away! What a jerk. We went the next day to the KIA dealership in Lisowel and bought the same car, same price, EXCELLENT service. They said they frequently get customers from Cambridge because of the way there are mistreated at the dealership there. More
