I went in to get my brake lines replaced. There was a call back on them. They replaced them and didn’t even take the time to screw then back onto the bottom of my car and they tie wrapped the There was a call back on them. I had to fix it myself at my work shop.. will never ever go back here again. More

Waiting on a response for a warranty issue on my cracked taillight lens. Last time I was in was 2 weeks ago, was promised a call back but I am still waiting. It has been over a month now since I raised the taillight lens. Last time I was in was 2 weeks ago, was promised a call back but I am still waiting. It has been over a month now since I raised the issue but only seem to get information if I visit the dealership and then it's,"we need more info or pictures",then it's wait but no one ever calls back. I think they are just stalling, may have to take the issue directly to Hyundai and work through an arbitrator. Not very Happy right now as this is a new vehicle with just 5000 km. More
