Customer Service Above and Beyond In March 2009 I was seeking to purchase a new vehicle. I had just moved to Cambridge for a new job and a mutual friend put me in touch with Mary Youn In March 2009 I was seeking to purchase a new vehicle. I had just moved to Cambridge for a new job and a mutual friend put me in touch with Mary Young. I bought my Hyundai Tucson from Mary (She was in sales at the time) and I have been a loyal customer ever since. Mary recommended an Insurance broker for me (Excellent reference I have been a customer ever since) and arranged my plates and got me on the road very quickly. Mary is professional, efficient and very personable. I met Ryan when I brought my car in for service (He was a service rep at the time) His friendly and professional demeanor made my many service experiences over the years a joy. Ryan, Tracy and Chris in your service department have always treated me like family; they greet me by name and are always smiling. They explain what needs to be done and make recommendations to ensure my car is always performing properly and safely. I don't see Crystal listed below but I would give her 5 stars as well. She was in Administration/reception for many years and greeted me by name as well. In 2013 my wife was in the market for a vehicle and there was no question of where or who we would be purchasing it from. We returned to find Mary. She recommended the Elantra and we were very happy with the purchase. Mary carefully explained the benefits and safety features of the vehicle after an excellent test drive. She is an excellent sales person. Over the past seven years I return time and again to Cambridge Hyundai, whether for an oil change, tire swap or just a regular service. Their team has treated me very well. I drive my vehicles confidently knowing that the Cambridge Hyundai team has kept my vehicle in top condition. I took the time today to write this review because I wanted to point out that Ryan went above and beyond regular customer service one day when I broke down on the way to work. My Tucson battery terminal had corroded and I was unable to start my vehicle. Ryan drove out to meet me with a technician. They started the car and took it back to the dealership for service. Ryan drove me to work and brought my car later after having it repaired. As a former business owner and current manager in the service industry I understand the benefits of excellent customer service. It creates trust and loyalty, it creates repeat customers and it provides a pleasant working environment. I applaud everyone at Cambridge Hyundai for excellent work. Andrew Williams More
