Awesome Customer Service!! I have been dealing with Cambridge Hyundai since 2012 when I purchased my 2012 Accent. When I purchased my car, I had such a great customer service ex I have been dealing with Cambridge Hyundai since 2012 when I purchased my 2012 Accent. When I purchased my car, I had such a great customer service experience. Since then I have been getting my car serviced there and I am very happy with CH Service Department Team! They are so great to deal with! They are not too pushy, they know I'm on a budget and they will work with me and let me know what is important to get done on the car. I really appreciate that and will continue to go to them because I feel like I can trust them. Chris is so great to deal with, he has been the Service Advisor I have dealt with the most for the oil changes for the past few years. He is always so helpful and I really appreciate dealing with him. I have also dealt with Mike who is really great too! Tracy is so friendly and always makes me laugh, I appreciate the shuttle when my car will be a while. It's so awesome that they have such a great team who really provide the customer service that will keep their customers happy and keep coming back! Thank you! :) More

Service Excellence Recently our 1 year old Hyundai Santa fe Sport would not start. We called our dealership and were advised to have the vehicle towed directly to them a Recently our 1 year old Hyundai Santa fe Sport would not start. We called our dealership and were advised to have the vehicle towed directly to them and they would resolve any issue. It turned out to be a faulty cell in the battery. It was replaced immediately and we went on our way. Great service and many thanks to the service staff. More
worst service i've ever had this company is the worst company I've ever dealt with, first of all when we went to pick up our brand new vehicle it had scratches on the hood, seat this company is the worst company I've ever dealt with, first of all when we went to pick up our brand new vehicle it had scratches on the hood, seat were dirty, and the fabric on the back seats kept coming off, we should have left then but we gave them a chance to redeem themselves, they fixed everything and we took the vehicle home, after a short time the fabric came off again, fixed it, then it came off again, then finally after 3 or 4 attempts it stayed on, not to long after that we started hearing thumping noises when hitting the brakes, they couldn't fix it after repeated attempts of putting foam and rubber under the gas tank, we finally had to go to canvap for arbitration where they awarded an independent inspection, after a 5 to 10 min drive the independent inspector could tell it was the parking brake not the gas tank lol we then took it to a different garage to get it fixed on Hyundai's bill and they took it for a 5 min drive and agreed it was the parking break which they then fixed. Our car just recently broke down and needed a new starter after just having it for a little over 5 years, we had it at another garage and then decided to phone to see if it was under warranty and after 30mins of waiting were told it was, so we towed it over just to find out after that it wasn't cover and that we would have to pay the full bill and that was after we payed for an extra tow, so I don't have anything good to say about this company and if I knew how to put zero stars up I would've More
