I arrive today to the guy at service desk saying they don’t take 3rd party warranty (even tho it was purchased from Ford Canada) So he checks my Vin for remaining factory warranty (2021 bronco big bend) However I was informed it may not cover the job (radio screen is black) so I took the keys back and left. Called Belanger who told me it is fully covered under my remaining bumper to bumper factory warrant (til Dec 24’) and they’ll fix it no issues. This info was clearly seen by the service guy at Cambrian. Save yourself headaches and go to Belanger. More

Booked my truck in for service at 8 am. Had to physically go back to dealership as the service department will not answer the phones. When standing at the service desk the staff were more interested in eating their fries instead of trying to assist - perhaps they don't realized they are the customer service. I was then told my truck would not be completed today even after making an appointment (oil change, tire rotation and small recall). This is my initial visit to Cambrian Ford as I live out of town and suggest for any service needs to seek out an alternative to this dealership. More

Came to Cambrian Ford and spoke to Ken the service manager and was told he would fix our vehicle. What Belanger told us about the repairs on our car was incorrect and Cambrian fixed the problem. The service we received was exceptional and all the service staff I dealt with were great. Will never buy or go back to Belanger for service or purchase a vehicle from them again. More

Some advise for Ford Canada would be to offer tow mirrors as part of a tow package, and non tow mirrors as an option on a truck with the tow package. But that was not the dealer or Marks fault. Terry, the financing person was also helpful in explaining the choices of maintenence, or extended warranty, and other items to make the purchase enjoyable down the road. He was not pushy at all, in fact very acceptable in the fact that I told him no up sale, then changed my mind and went for the maintenance package, spray in bed liner and tonneau cover after all! To sum up my visit, very professional sales, not sure about service at the moment, but I will be sure to update that experience once it happens. Thank you very much for putting a big grin on my face, and maybe next time I can build my truck and get the dang tow mirrors ( insert laugh here)! More
