I Booked a service appointment well in advance for transmission issues and specifically requested a transmission fluid inspection. Dropped the vehicle off at 7am on the day of the appointment and then transmission issues and specifically requested a transmission fluid inspection. Dropped the vehicle off at 7am on the day of the appointment and then waited several days with no work being done, only to be told the vehicle had not yet been looked at due to technician availability. After continued lack of communication, I went to the dealership in person and was told the vehicle had already been assessed. I later confirmed via dash cam footage that this was not true and that the vehicle was only inspected after I arrived. I waited at the dealership for 4,5 hours for basic diagnostics to be completed. Despite the delays, inaccurate information, and the requested work not being completed, I was still charged the full amount for basic diagnostics. Extremely poor communication and service execution. I will not be returning for service or future vehicle purchases. More

Booked my truck in for service at 8 am. Had to physically go back to dealership as the service department will not answer the phones. I was then told my truck would not be completed today even after making an appointment (oil change, tire rotation and small recall). This is my initial visit to Cambrian Ford as I live out of town and suggest for any service needs to seek out an alternative to this dealership. More

Some advise for Ford Canada would be to offer tow mirrors as part of a tow package, and non tow mirrors as an option on a truck with the tow package. But that was not the dealer or Marks fault. Terry, the financing person was also helpful in explaining the choices of maintenence, or extended warranty, and other items to make the purchase enjoyable down the road. He was not pushy at all, in fact very acceptable in the fact that I told him no up sale, then changed my mind and went for the maintenance package, spray in bed liner and tonneau cover after all! To sum up my visit, very professional sales, not sure about service at the moment, but I will be sure to update that experience once it happens. Thank you very much for putting a big grin on my face, and maybe next time I can build my truck and get the dang tow mirrors ( insert laugh here)! More
