WOW best service ever! We had a flat tire on our new Explorer and brought it in on the spare tire to have the tire replaced. Akesh immediately had the tire inspected and they determined it was a factory defect. We had no appointment yet they located a tire for us, replaced the tire within and hour and a half and it did not cost ua a penny. We did not have to argue wether it was a defect or not they just took full responsibility and dealt with it all promptly. We are so pleased with the service at this location. Akesh made our day as we were fearful it was going to be a costly bill and to have this type of service was a very nice surprise! Amazing! You just do not see this level of superior service very often. Thank you Akesh for making a big differance for us! More
