Having to said that, I was even more surprised when Jerome called me on the second day to follow how's our first day with our car. With all those times that we had to buy our car, this is our first experienced to have the sales agent to follow up on us. I was so grateful for the shuttle service as my car needed to stay in longer than anticipated. Jill was on time to pick me up when the car was ready. The HUB insurance contact was not an asset to the dealership though, providing uninformed advice about necessary coverage, what was required and what would be refunded from ICBC when all was reconciled. A stronger industry knowledge about competitors' coverage is highly recommended. More

After going over everything I am convinced my engine is running as designed and if any future issues pop up the well trained staff at Cam Clark in Richmond will be there again to help me.
