This is my third time in this dealership to get my car serviced. Every time I’ve been in there, everyone has been extremely helpful and courteous. Salesman was very personable. I had visited this dealership about 8 months ago to try and find a new car with a smaller payment. Because I had a lease the previous salespeople said I had visited this dealership about 8 months ago to try and find a new car with a smaller payment. Because I had a lease the previous salespeople said I still had 2 years left on lease so they couldn’t give me a lower payment.then they had a sale and called me and said they wanted my car. So I went back to see what the could now offer me. They showed me two vehicles - 2018 Ford Fiesta and a 2019 eco sport. I really preferred the eco sport but they said they couldn’t offer me a payment on that within my budget. The salesperson was very friendly and I did feel he was doing his best however after checking with the manager was still not able to keep the payment where I wanted. They told me because I still had about a year left on my lease there was still an amount that had to be included. So after assuring me they were losing money on the sale I agreed on the fiesta. After leaving there were still more amounts added on and I left the deal ship feeling like I had been duped. Car runs well but I wasn’t happy with the transaction. More
