I recently had our unscheduled 2016 F150 pick-up truck in the shop to get repaired, We had a busy weekend planned and the service shop was extremely busy, I was told that there is a possibility that the Tech the shop to get repaired, We had a busy weekend planned and the service shop was extremely busy, I was told that there is a possibility that the Techs would not have time to look at our truck, but the service team worked extra hard, diagnosed and ordered parts for completion on Monday, Our sincere Thanks goes out to Robyn, Jerad and the rest of the team for working extra hard to get our truck back to us, Cheers:) Cam Clark Ford in Olds More

I needed to have the window vent visors removed and re-installed as they were flapping in the wind. I had made the appointment on Monday (two days prior). After two hours of waiting Phil Iversen said that the vehicle was ready - signed the papers and took the vehicle home. Upon inspection noticed that the front driver side was still loose. So I went back, Phil couldn't be seen but thank goodness Wayne Marietta was there to see the problem. After checking with the service man in the back that had done the work, I discovered that Phil told him to only do the front passanger side. I had gone in to get all four of them checked - the driver side was the worst. Mr. Marietta had the gentleman at the back correct and finish the job. The service gentleman at the back was very pleaseant also. It was done in 15 minutes and correctly. Also found out at the time that this was the last day for Phil Iversen and maybe that is a good thing for Olds Cam Clark Ford. Thank you for having Wayne Marietta there on staff with excellent customer service and a smile. More
Service was prompt and friendly. The waiting area is comfortable with complimentary coffee/tea and a easy to view tv on the wall. Service and winter tires put on Wayne is always friendly. My service was done quickly. Also fixed the guard under the Escape and drilled new holes and reattached it with no charge. Excellent Service We were having problems with our F350 with a severe wobble. We had taken it to other dealerships over a period of time. One call to Brent Pedersen and We were having problems with our F350 with a severe wobble. We had taken it to other dealerships over a period of time. One call to Brent Pedersen and he gave us things to look at. We found a problem right where he said to look. We took the truck in and they had a look at it and found the problem. They then were able to fix it that very same day! They shuttled me home to another town and then picked me up at the end of the day when it was done. Tanisha even stayed late for me to get the truck back the same day. They were amazing and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! More

Also a shout out......my daughter's skating friend from Edmonton stopped by there last week as she had a bumper issue & the service dept temporarily fixed it for her free of charge. Her mother was very impressed with the service & said she will be back to purchase her next Ford from them. More
Mixed experience I was very pleased with the sales person Patsy and the 2018 Lincoln Continental I purchased. She was responsive to questions, knowledgeable and prompt I was very pleased with the sales person Patsy and the 2018 Lincoln Continental I purchased. She was responsive to questions, knowledgeable and prompt follow through in getting information. She kept me informed and clearly cared about my purchase experience. Some improvement is necessary for the dealership’s reception when it comes to answering the phone. On two occasions there was no answer to my phone call into the general number. I also made arrangements for a time to purchase and pick up the car with the finance department. When I arrived the finance person was no where to be found. Patsy was there to meet me and clearly tried to make the best use of the time while waiting but it was half an hour before the finance person turned up. The paperwork took an hour for a straight cash purchase, too long. Then when I went to get the car I discovered the drivers seat belt didn’t work. After some other sales staff and the marketing manager tried to see what was wrong the service department came out to look at it. After about ten minutes he determined the retracting mechanism had to be replace. I was given an estimate of two weeks for the assembly to come in since there was no such parts in western Canada. The service department was able to eventually tease out enough of the seatbelt strap to go around a person and buckle. To keep it extended they did a MacGyver and used an office jumbo paper clip to hold the belt out. As it turned out a few days later the clip fell off and it became my routine to spend time testing the belt out every few days and some days I just gave up. As it turned out it took four weeks to get the part and the only person who stayed in touch on the status was Patsy. Personally I can’t believe it takes a month to get a part, Ford needs to visit Amazon’s operation. Finally to top it off when I went to get the licence plates for the car transferred from my previous vehicle the licensing clerk said she could not do it because the bill of sale from the dealership spelled my name wrong. I had spent half an hour in the line up and thank heavens the clerk showed sympathy for my dilemma and said if I can get the dealership to fax a corrected copy in the next few minutes she would wait. Of course I had a problem getting through to the finance person so I called Patsy’s cell and she got a hold of the person who then connected with me and the problem was resolved. I live half an hour from the dealership and they did pick up and return the car for the repair when the the part came in. They also left me a vehicle to use. There are very nice people at the dealership but there are things they can tighten up on. Overall I was at the dealership for three hours to pick up my car. Thank heavens for Patsy’s attention. More
