I recently had our unscheduled 2016 F150 pick-up truck in the shop to get repaired, We had a busy weekend planned and the service shop was extremely busy, I was told that there is a possibility that the Tech the shop to get repaired, We had a busy weekend planned and the service shop was extremely busy, I was told that there is a possibility that the Techs would not have time to look at our truck, but the service team worked extra hard, diagnosed and ordered parts for completion on Monday, Our sincere Thanks goes out to Robyn, Jerad and the rest of the team for working extra hard to get our truck back to us, Cheers:) Cam Clark Ford in Olds More

Excelent Customer Service Excellent customer service and a friendly smile, Mr. Wayne Marietta is an asset to the service department. I needed to have the window vent visors re Excellent customer service and a friendly smile, Mr. Wayne Marietta is an asset to the service department. I needed to have the window vent visors removed and re-installed as they were flapping in the wind. I had made the appointment on Monday (two days prior). After two hours of waiting Phil Iversen said that the vehicle was ready - signed the papers and took the vehicle home. Upon inspection noticed that the front driver side was still loose. So I went back, Phil couldn't be seen but thank goodness Wayne Marietta was there to see the problem. After checking with the service man in the back that had done the work, I discovered that Phil told him to only do the front passanger side. I had gone in to get all four of them checked - the driver side was the worst. Mr. Marietta had the gentleman at the back correct and finish the job. The service gentleman at the back was very pleaseant also. It was done in 15 minutes and correctly. Also found out at the time that this was the last day for Phil Iversen and maybe that is a good thing for Olds Cam Clark Ford. Thank you for having Wayne Marietta there on staff with excellent customer service and a smile. More
