We had our 2012 Fusion in for the airbag recall. The service was done in the timeframe given and when we picked it up, the tech mentioned that there was minor damage done to the passenger side kick plat service was done in the timeframe given and when we picked it up, the tech mentioned that there was minor damage done to the passenger side kick plate. The damage was so minor I never would have noticed it but they booked us in to replace it at no charge the next day. More

Oil change service I really like the olds Ford dealership.they are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes oil changes can take longer than expected. This past appointmen I really like the olds Ford dealership.they are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes oil changes can take longer than expected. This past appointment was only 1 1| 2 hour perfect for someone who doesn't have a lot of time. They always explain the work order. And answer questions. Thanks guys. More
I try my best to shop local and support businesses in my home town but unfortunately this dealership will not see my business again. I dropped my truck off for a simple service and picked it back up with an home town but unfortunately this dealership will not see my business again. I dropped my truck off for a simple service and picked it back up with an engine light on that was not on when it was dropped off. I have warranty and a maintenance package that I had to remind service about when I was notified of the cost of a repair and on top of that was also notified that the repair was the oil pan had to be replaced due to the plug being stripped (the last time the oil was changed it was done by this dealership). So in theory, had I not had the maintenance and warranty package they would have attempted to charge me for a mistake that they had made in the first place. I have since taken my vehicle to a different Ford dealership and I am happy to say they looked after me immediately and the engine light issue was fixed and I was out the door within an hour, something that Cam Clark Ford should have done prior to me being called to say my truck was ready. I’m sick of the attitude I’m constantly given and was told I could not speak to a technician which is another thing the dealership I went to after allowed and what makes sense. More

Outstanding and Professional I took my 2012 Ford Focus in for a recall in late December. The service was outstanding from start to finish.
