My very first experience buying a truck from Ford dealer turn into NIGHTMARE!!! Cam Clark Ford Lincoln, North Vancouver Automall, I will never go back there even for the service of my truck. Me and turn into NIGHTMARE!!! Cam Clark Ford Lincoln, North Vancouver Automall, I will never go back there even for the service of my truck. Me and my family got to the dealer around 4:15pm and test drove the truck and decided to purchase it via financing. After we agreed with numbers of my trade in with my sale agent, we start the financing application and the financing manager Janna did the papers, so it kind of happen so quick. So I am happy, my family are happy they seems to be friendly and nice, so we drove home with our new F150 truck. I have to work the next day so I di not get a chance to review all the papers until the weeked Saturday and the problem begins..... Saturday I review the papers and called right away to cancel the extended warranty that Janna included with my purchased of 2020 F150 Lariat without mentioning to me, extended warranty cost me $4,145. I know I should have read everything before signing but since all papers are all identical I thought I was signing the financing agreement. But even then she never mention it to me or explain what I was signing so I have no clue until I get a chance to review all the papers after 3 days. Also the actual purchased of the truck is over $100 which I do not understand how she could make that mistake. Even before showing me my monthly payment and interst rate, she already whispering to my sales agent to ask mo to move my stuff from my old car to the new truck that I bought and I have not sign any documents yet so I said I am not going to transfer all my stuff until I know how much do I have to pay monthly and my interest rate. So I called Saturday and front desk told me that Janna is not in the office and someone will call me back and I waited all day no one called me. Same thing happen the next day Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday I keep calling and Janna is not in the office again and no one called me back. So Thursday I called my sale agent and he said that Janna will be in and will call me for sure and again yes she call me around 2:30 pm and I answer right away and she pretend she cannot hear me and hang up. So that's it I am done! I ask my supervisor and did 2 hours under time from work and drove from Langley to Northvan that takes me almost an hour drive due to slow traffic. When I walk in I saw Janna right away and off course she cannot hide from me anymore. And she told me right away that she is gonna be busy until 7pm and left me standing in the middle of the lobby like nothing without even asking me if I can wait or asking me to seat and wait. I got there 4pm ish and they close 7pm so meaning I have to wait for her almost 3 hours and what she'll tell me that they are closed already. So I called my sales agent Bardia and he came right away and he took me to the sales manager right away and the busy Janna manage to have a time to gather all the papers and give it to the manager even she said that she is busy until 7pm. So I talk to the manager told him what's my concern and I thought everything will go smooth because manager supposed to fix the issue not to make it worst. So manager agreed to cancel the extended warranty and refund me the $100 over charge plus the taxes. Manager ask me if he can make a copy of the cancellation form that I printed because he said incase something happen one day so I said ok you can. Then after that I ask him if he can put on writing what we have agreed and he got offended and yell at me "Now you offended me" then he grab the folder from my hands without asking me and told me to return the $58k truck and I was shocked! I told him to bring my Pathfinder back in 10 minutes and I will return the truck and he did not say anything. After I spent $58,000 plus taxes and pay all fees they treat me like garbage. They were so friendly when I was buying the truck. So I raise my voice and tell him that you are the one offending me and you just grab that folder from my hands without asking me. Then he realize and give the folder back to me. So every one hears us and another sale agent came to me and ask me what happen so I explain it to her and she said she can't believe that it happens to me. Janna was just outside the office the whole time and she doesn't have any customer at all, she just avoiding me becasue she knows what she did and she is hoping that I'm just gonna let it go. When I walk out the managers office Janna cannot even look at me but she never apologize or what so ever. I am just sharing my experience so that new car buyers will be aware and may be this will help not to make the same mistake like I did. They will be very nice to you but after the purchased they will treat you like garbage. PS: My sales agent Bardia stood by me until I left the building. He is the only one who helped me and even ask me if I want a cup of coffee. He is a good man, he never change before and after the purchased. More
