Accomodating and fast. Most excellent The service department had sold me rim guards for the BMW. As it turned out the run flat tires kept pushing them out of the rim. The rim guard was potentially dangerous as it could have come off while the car was in motion and caused damage to other vehicles or to pedestrians. When I called to have the guard removed without an appointment they took me right away, and not only took the dangerous part off, they took the others off as well. When I came to pay, the service Manager Keith, said no charge for the removal. It was not necessary for him to do so, but he said he couldn't charge me for something that they should have known about. Extremely pleased with his attitude and that of Steve. More

A letter dated Nov 15 2017 from Ford stated parts are now available , almost a year latter. Being as it was time to put snows on and do the regular maintenance I made an appointment, at which time , there was no mention of the fact that I should check to see if in fact there was parts in stock as stated in the letter of Nov. 15, 2017. Upon arriving at the Dealership I was informed that in fact there was no parts avail for my recall. What a serious bummer. Now I will have to make another appointment and go back again. I blame who ever at Ford mishandled this. As for the Dealer they were the best! More
