Steve was comprehensive with the information about what my service entailed and he made sure I was taken care of. Dave drove me from the dealership home and we chatted the whole way. I actually knew him from a years ago and we had a great time catching up. Igor was my driver from home back to the dealership and he was equally as friendly. I was impressed to know that if I needed to, the courtesy cars offer carseats in case you need to bring your child/baby. Thank you for your service! More

Accomodating and fast. Most excellent The service department had sold me rim guards for the BMW. As it turned out the run flat tires kept pushing them out of the rim. The rim guard was pot The service department had sold me rim guards for the BMW. As it turned out the run flat tires kept pushing them out of the rim. The rim guard was potentially dangerous as it could have come off while the car was in motion and caused damage to other vehicles or to pedestrians. When I called to have the guard removed without an appointment they took me right away, and not only took the dangerous part off, they took the others off as well. When I came to pay, the service Manager Keith, said no charge for the removal. It was not necessary for him to do so, but he said he couldn't charge me for something that they should have known about. Extremely pleased with his attitude and that of Steve. More
