Custom Ordered Mustang GT An exciting process for me as I had not ordered a new car in years but figured since this will probably be my last car so I should make it good one. Had good service from Bob throughout the process and it felt good that it was generally less stressful than buying a car usually has been for me in the past. The only real uncertainty was the amount of the trade in which turned out to be fair. I would recommend this dealer to others considering a new car purchase especially a Mustang as Bob has a lot of personal knowledge in this area since he owns one himself. More

They provided me shuttle service to a local restaurant and brought me back in time to pick up my car. The car was ready on time, the whole process was professional. More

So Happy!! I was having a problem with my sunroof, it would not close at all I have a Ford Edge Sport, so it has a really big sunroof When I first called the I was having a problem with my sunroof, it would not close at all I have a Ford Edge Sport, so it has a really big sunroof When I first called the service department, I was told that they were fully booked and I couldn’t have anyone look at it until the following week, Tuesday at the earliest, but I could bring it down and MAYBE someone could look at it but no promises This was Thursday morning that I called and I had to be back in Victoria on Saturday afternoon I went to the dealership, walked into the service department around 9:30 am and Steve Read immediately waved to me and after speaking with him told me not to worry, they would look at it and get it fixed. My vehicle also needed it’s regular service to be done, which Steve was able to do at the same time I had dealt with Steve before and he was always courteous, efficient and has great customer service communication skills Steve called me later in the afternoon, my sunroof was fixed and ready to go!! Thanks Steve, your understanding and help was very much appreciated!! More
