The service is constantly poor. Parts not ready when needed. Even basic tire change seems to be hard for them and still have problems with my vehicle. I dropped off my vehicle which was scheduled for an out of province inspection. They performed this task in a timely manner where I received a text message that the car was ready for pick up. Quicklane? ! How about not so quicklane! Called up for a tire swap, was quoted $169 dollars all in on the phone and asked to drop it off at 0730 in the morni ! How about not so quicklane! Called up for a tire swap, was quoted $169 dollars all in on the phone and asked to drop it off at 0730 in the morning. I asked if there was a later appointment, but told 0830 was the latest they had and that it should be ready in a couple of hours so I agreed. I dropped off the vehicle at 0830, where I was asked if I wouldn't mind picking it up at 1700 as they were busy. Not ideal for me, but I agreed as I understood it is tire swap season. Then, at 1640 I get a call asking if I dont mind leaving it and they will do the work tomorrow. I was already on the bus and explained I needed the vehicle to get to a medical appointment tomorrow. I arrived at 1700 to see the vehicle just going up on the ramps. Then, when coming to pay, I was charged over $213! Over 25% more than quoted. I've also had issues with the service garage connected to Ford here in the past with them not delivering on time schedules. Don't waste your time here! There are plenty of other good garages to go to in the Bow Valley. More
