I booked an appointment for the next day. I was greeted the next day as if I was a friend. Darrel was the service rep. He was so nice and easy to talk to. He offered me a cup of fresh coffee. They had also told me they were dog friendly, so I had my puppies with me. I definitely got 5 star service. More

Have been followed up with, by dealership twice. Expressed that I did not receive any explanation to my last repair. At neither time did anyone get back to me explaining what had to be repaired. This is the first time I have bought a Ford vehicle. The Cam Clark dealership went above and beyond my expectations. Meeting with Brendan Billings initially was a very pleasant interaction. Brendan listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and there was absolutely no pressure from the beginning. I was amazed that Brendan found the exact vehicle I was looking for so quickly. Again, when I took it out for a test drive, there was no pressure. Brendan made sure I was happy with the vehicle. When I did meet with Victor Zablotni to finalize all the financial requirements, Victor took the time to explain everything thoroughly and worked within my budget. I found both Brendan and Victor to be honest gentleman. I chose this dealership as I wanted a one on one relationship with a car dealership when needed and I think I have found it here. Brendan introduced me to the service advisor and showed me where I will be bringing my vehicle in for service. Picking up my new vehicle - could not have gone smoother - again, Brendan took the time and patience to explain everything so thoroughly. He made sure I was comfortable and encouraged me to call him at any time with questions. I am really happy I chose Cam Clark. More
