We were travelers far from home, camping near Canmore when our truck started to make a horrible noise from the front end. With a travel trailer that needed to be pulled home in a couple of days we needed when our truck started to make a horrible noise from the front end. With a travel trailer that needed to be pulled home in a couple of days we needed to address the issue with our truck. We contacted Cam Clark Ford and after explaining our desperation, Nicole agreed to try help us despite their already fully booked service department. We arrived about 10 am and and were told they could probably have a look at the truck by about 12:30 pm to assess the situation and then go from there. We were offered a free shuttle to anywhere in Canmore but we chose to wait at the dealership till at least the assessment was concluded. Nicole made sure we were aware of where we could wait out the situation comfortably. Then the shop manager/head mechanic Heather took notice of our situation and very quickly had our truck up on a hoist. Thankfully the issue with our truck was a fairly minor one (except for the hellish noise it was making) and was quickly resolved. We were on our way by 11:30 am. Our day started out filled with anxiety but within a couple of hours we had peace of mind. Nicole, Heather and others went way above and beyond any level of service we could have reasonably expected and we are truly appreciative of their sensitivity and quick actions to get us back on the road and able to enjoy the rest of our camping trip. More
