I am so impressed with this location of Cam Clark. They do what they say and do it well. I struggle with this review because I can appreciate minor misses but also feel that I set a very clear expectation. I agreed in principle on a vehicle Wednesday and made it perfectly clear that I w minor misses but also feel that I set a very clear expectation. I agreed in principle on a vehicle Wednesday and made it perfectly clear that I will be arriving on Friday 9am to complete the documents and pick up. As part of this expectation, I made it clear that I was coming from out of town and intended to Visual inspect, test drive, sign required documents and subsequently leave. In order to achieve this, I requested that the terms and conditions of financing be sent to me Thursday and i would notify of my decision so that the paperwork again would be prepped and ready. I also requested that the vehicle be ready for inspection/test drive upon my arrival. However, none of this come to fruition. I arrived at 9am on Friday and the vehicle was still in the midst of being detailed. Financing paperwork hadn't been forwarded on Thursday. Nothing was prepared for my arrival, so effectively what should have be concluded within an hour, subsequently took 4 hours to complete. I was disappointed to say the least as I spent my morning waiting for documents to be printed off and organized, my preferences for financing were completed Friday morning as I sat at the desk. On a positive note, the finance manager was a pleasure to deal with and was transparent with the current situation and time required. Did we finally close out the deal yes, was the vehicle as advertised, yes. Was the offer to purchase delivered as signed, yes. However, the customer experience was less then desirable, especially considering how clear I was with my expectations. Given that I had purchased a vehicle in an entirely similar scenario, where I was in/out of dealership with new vehicle in 30 mins, my expectations were not unwarranted. More

We bought a new truck and car from Cam Clark Ford in Canmore 2 years ago and get all our servicing done there. They always go above and beyond in the service department. To top it off Brendan from Sales Canmore 2 years ago and get all our servicing done there. They always go above and beyond in the service department. To top it off Brendan from Sales and Charles whom we bought extended warranties and 3M protection from are still looking out for us 2 years later.
