With equipment being used today, balancing tires should be a no brainer. Not! Twice and still no change. A brake check was a simple "Looks good" . Returned to spend more money on a looks good brake system. It looks like the short straw gets the older vehicles. Sorry Cam Clark, after 5 vehicles and having my kids buy from, you, no more. Wow I bought a ford !!! Wow we bought a Ford Edge..... my wife and I did not know much about fords of late. in the twenty nine years of being together we have owned one ford Wow we bought a Ford Edge..... my wife and I did not know much about fords of late. in the twenty nine years of being together we have owned one ford and that was a brand new 1988 ford mustang hatch back. My wife drove that car for years. After that we ended up going to foreign vehicles for a number of years such as Suzuki Hyundai Nissan and then in 2006 we bought our first dodge and then right up until this weekend we bought another seven dodges in total 4 trucks 2 Durango's and two cars. We were surprised to hear that our sale Rep Ron Down had moved to Cam Clark ford in the last few months. Before he left Dodge my wife thought about trading in her Durango. When i found out that Ron had left and told my wife and asked her if she would like to go and take a look at the ford product that Ron was now selling. At first we both were a little hesitant. Thoughts went through our minds what would the neighbours think if we drove home in a new ford. most of them drive Dodge or chevy products and not ford.. Well we did we went down and saw Ron and he introduced us to the ford brand of vehicles. After seeing different models Ron showed my wife the Edge. She jumped in and said Owe I think I like this vehicle. after taking it for a test drive and going back and forth in numbers and coming up with an agreed upon price. Ron then had to go out and find the vehicle with the options and colours that she wanted. it took a few days to find one. Ron indicated to us that there is a lady that works behind the scenes and this is what she does is find cars for customers. My wife and I were very impressed. However we were still a little hesitant. This was a new dealership different brand so on and so fourth. The final confirmation was when I read about Cam Clark and an very rare award he won globally for what he has done and given back to the community. with children and children's agencies. This man has great character and he has won our business for that alone. Since we have taken the Edge off the lot we have been out driving around and so far are very impressed.
