With that being said there is no way I could purchase from this dealership knowing how incredibly incompetent the service department is. We have been living in airdrie now for 2 years and have taken our vehicle there for service 4 times....3 of these services went way south resulting in delays and days with out our car, massive leaks on our driveway, being stranded with baby, and now a broken windshield. One of the 3 ordeals required 3 trips back to the dealership and a tow truck....and this was for a callback. While a trip to Calgary is further away....I would say it's worth the effort if the dealership can get it right the first time. Didn't think I could afford such a nice F 150! Viewed the dealerships inventory with salesman Eddy Wan. He was certainly more optimistic than I about our chances of an affordable price-point for the F150 I wanted. Spotted 'our' 2012 F150 almost immediately. When I saw the year, options and mileage I knew i t was perfect but thought for our budget it was a no go. Eddy just smiled and said he would do what he could. He saw us get into that truck for an affordable price point which was a pleasant surprise. All in all, from the Manager to the salespeople, my Cam Clark experience was terrific. And to think that I dropped in just because of a complete strangers recommendation! Sometimes you just get lucky I guess. More
