Terrible experience with service department. I’ve always dealt with BMW Gallery, which has always been great. This will be my first and last time taking my vehicle to Calgary BMW for service. I’ve always dealt with BMW Gallery, which has always been great. This will be my first and last time taking my vehicle to Calgary BMW for service. Brought my vehicle in for a simple few things for service, oil change, filter change, diesel exhaust fluid, etc. They signed off on everything being complete and I paid my $900 bill. After having my vehicle there for 2 days, when I received my vehicle back, my notifications/warning was still on. When I enquired and had them look at it again. Sure enough, the technician had not done the job I specifically brought my vehicle in for. But they signed off and billed me for it! Unbelievable. It makes me question the other items on my maintenance bill were done properly or at all. Will not be back. I’ll make the longer drive to the other dealership while I still own BMW. This kind of service experience dictates my future vehicle purchase decisions. If service is subpar, I will not be a repeat customer. More

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the service department and the lack of communication between team members. I needed a simple trie swap, preauthorized a balance and alignment 4 times and service department and the lack of communication between team members. I needed a simple trie swap, preauthorized a balance and alignment 4 times and still received phone calls during work to ask what I needed done to my car. Also I bought a summer tire which they informed me that the price did not include the mount and balance onto my existing rim. The whole experience was far more complicated then need be. More
