Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the service department and the lack of communication between team members. I needed a simple trie swap, preauthorized a balance and alignment 4 times and service department and the lack of communication between team members. Also I bought a summer tire which they informed me that the price did not include the mount and balance onto my existing rim. The whole experience was far more complicated then need be. More
