I didn't feel pressured into buying something I didn't want, because Majed asked me questions to narrow the field - the online builder wouldn't let me build the car I wanted with the options.... But Majed made it happen! As if by magic! Nathan was my product genius on pickup, and he was amazing! Friendly, super knowledgeable, and patient, he spent over an hour with me, going through features and talking me through the tech. He asked questions, framed future conversation based on my replies, and was extremely genuine. Cassandra in finance was sooooo easy to work with. She was personable, efficient, just a total breeze to deal with! Not what I've dealt with in the past at big dealerships from a Finance Dept! Outstanding! This was the smoothest transaction I have gone through with a car salesperson in my last 25 years in North America.
