Poor Customer Service. Wasted Customers Time. AGAIN! Drop vehicle off for recall service. Find out an hour later that they do not have parts in stock. This is fine. It happens. So I reschedule for follow Drop vehicle off for recall service. Find out an hour later that they do not have parts in stock. This is fine. It happens. So I reschedule for following week. I call twice to confirm that parts will be in stock. Told Yes. Go in on the morning of the service and drop van off. Told that I would wait for the next 2 hours. Asked again. Parts are in to do service. Yes! Great! After 1:15minutes they bring van in(also doing tire repair). They call me after 2 hours to say vans ready. Told they would need to reschedule the recall work as parts are not in stock. They blamed the parts dept. This is the second time a recall had me going back for more then one appointment. Even after I call and ask 3 times to make sure parts are in stock so my time is not wasted. What is worse is I placed a complaint asking to speak to the operations manager and nobody calls back. More

If is an easy deal with no questions they are great but the minute you ask questions or ask them to do some creative work on proposed scenarios they walk away. They don't even respond to you emails they simply ignore you. Never had a dealer do this when you are looking to drop over $100k to purchase vehicles. Clearly if it's easy and they can push the car out the door they are interested but otherwise they are not. Worst customer service experience ever. More

One had multiple warning lights on and no fuel in it and the other ran out of gas before we could start it in the parking lot. These were 12 year old vehicles. Running vehicles out of fuel is very bad for the engines... assuming the next person to drive these will have to deal with it if they purchase. Does not give any confidence at all for making a large purchase here if this is how they care for their vehicles. Very disappointed, would not purchase from such a place. More
