During those unforeseen incidents, the management and service department at CYV has taken what might be used car nightmares and turned them into understanding and customer appreciative experiences. Recently my vehicle needed more attention. Leann absolutely understood my situation, and stress level, took immediate responsibility, contacted the people within CYV that were needed to alleviate my concerns, and by the end of the day, had solutions. Thank you very much Leann! I was given an appointment the next day for a diagnosis. I was greeted with a huge smile from Stephanie, a wonderful person who always makes sure I'm updated and my needs are met while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. After a short time, Aaron, the service manager, explained the defect, that he had talked with someone, I unfortunately never got the name of but am grateful to, and had a solution that worked for all. I would like to thank the management and wonderful people who work in the service department. I would highly recommend the service department at CYV! More

Mark was easy going with no pressure, and Vaughn arranged the warranty and financing options I wanted. By the end of the day, I had a replacement vehicle and a huge smile on my face.
