Horrible Buyer beware. We had a horrible experience with this dealership. Our sales guy was wonderful but the manager Matthew Toner was unbelievably unprofessi Buyer beware. We had a horrible experience with this dealership. Our sales guy was wonderful but the manager Matthew Toner was unbelievably unprofessional and rude. I couldn’t furfural out how he kept his job until I realized Daddy is the owner. We were trying to purchase a car for our 19 year old daughter. We live in Ontario so all this was done long distance. After 19 days of run around on when the repairs would be done , we were told oh surprise it now needs new brakes and tires. When we asked why that wasn’t caught in the first place we were told that the first technician passed it but our sales guy and another technician said it was not safe. He told us to wait until the next day for the first technician to be back so he could pass it!!!!! Are you kidding me ?!?!! He knew this was going to a 19 yr old kid and he was willing to send it off with unsafe brakes and tires ! Shady More

But, it was because of Matt Sealy that we decided to come back :) Both he and Courtney Hemphill made our purchase a very positive experience ! Matt was super friendly and helpful... always willing to go above and beyond to help us out. It was great to be able to talk to him via email and Facebook as well as at the dealership. We also found a small dent in the truck before we brought it home.. the body shop at CYV checked into it and the guys came and got the truck, the "dent dr. " fixed it up for us and brought it back ! Great service so far :) I would totally recommend others to go see Matt Sealy so he can help them find their next vehicle. More

Wasted my time and cost me money Mark Van Tassel contacted me regarding a 2010 cadillac cts that he had for sale. My father had been up to see it on June 30th. Mark sent me a video o Mark Van Tassel contacted me regarding a 2010 cadillac cts that he had for sale. My father had been up to see it on June 30th. Mark sent me a video of the vehicle and we emailed each other over the period of a week working out a deal and settled on a final sales price with taxes and fees which I had agreed to. I was flying in from Alberta to specifically purchase the vehicle. On June 7th I emailed Mark to remind him I would be there on the 8th to pick it up. I received an email and only an email... no phone call, to advise me that he made a mistake and someone had a deposit on the vehicle already and they had sold it!!! What a ridiculous situation. Do they not have computers to log and record these things???Their excuse was that no one put a sold sign on the car haha. I made a phone call and spoke with Mark who wasn't too helpful and just said sorry. I then spoke to his boss Shea and again all he did was apologize and said he would try and find a similar vehicle for me. I haven't heard from him since. He also said the owner would phone me regarding this issue and he has not contacted me either. Not surprised. So I lost $800.00 in airfare coming to pick up this vehicle from Alberta, $50.00 for setting up and cancelling an insurance policy and all the time I wasted speaking to Mark about a vehicle that wasn't even for sale. What poor service. Save yourself the hassle and buy from Clarks in Fredericton. This place is a joke. More
Misleading I want to be able to recommend this dealership I really do. The people were all very nice but in the end I was left feeling taken advantage of. I was up front about bring a first time buyer and what I was able to afford I was given all the reassurances about upgrading and felt like, sure that all sounds great. Not great, I was left in a huge hole. And to rub salt in the wound I received a follow up letter asking to spend even more money for a program that I had specifically said was a deal breaker at the time. While there are wonderful people working there they didn't take my own risk assessment seriously and as a first time buyer I trusted them when I should have gone with my own gut. More
