CYV Chevrolet Buick GMC

I went to look around the CYV lot randomly on a day I had off and I was greeted by multiple sales people. I felt very welcome while being approached. I had recently gone through a bad car buying experience w off and I was greeted by multiple sales people. I felt very welcome while being approached. But at CYV Chevrolet they helped me find a vehicle that was in my price range, and they did everything they could to help me get it off the lot within the first couple days of looking at it! Ryan, Dustin and Josh were extremely helpful, especially in the changing my views on the whole car buying experience as a woman and a first time car buyer. They looked after me since day one I highly recommend CYV Chevrolet to anyone that I meet on the street that needs to buy a vehicle. We had never dealt with CYV and unfortunately we could not get in to where we are use to frequenting with our vehicle. I was in a panic and called to see if I could get in. After I had been transferred not get in to where we are use to frequenting with our vehicle. I was in a panic and called to see if I could get in. After I had been transferred at least 3 times i dont think the receptionist was exactly sure what i wanted I finally got to speak with someone. She was very kind and professional and did her best to fit us in at an appropriate time. I believe we dealt with the manager when we got there. Very nice man as well. I think her name was leeanne.
