Have a 2020 Denali. Bought it new. Transmission went in Calgary. 105000 kms. Hardly broke in as far as I’m concerned. Repair under warranty. No parts for months and they Bought it new. Transmission went in Calgary. 105000 kms. Hardly broke in as far as I’m concerned. Repair under warranty. No parts for months and they gave me a rental vehicle. Here’s the catch. Told me my rental was good until repair done. Then called me in Edmonton where I live amd said they only cover for 5 days. Called Gmc customer care and spoke to a lady in the Inited States. they said I had to pay for rental myself. Now I have to return the vehicle, pay the lease payments and rent a vehicle at my cost because their top of the line truck could not last for 2 1/2 years. They don’t have any parts to fix it in North America according to the service rep JOn Silva. Goes to show you that GMC cares nothing once the sales are made and they also told me that I had to pay 1300 dollars to replace leaking engine oil coolant lines as they would not cover them under warranty. Said wear and tear item at 105000 kms. I will continue to speak out on this as they didn’t mind taking my lease payments. This is more of a review against GMC customer care and the culture as a whole. Nothing like looking after your customers. Especially in these times. More

DAYO has verbally agreed to sell me a RST Tahoe. I had paid my $500.00 deposit and was waiting now on the production of the vehicle to commence. DAYO and his colleagues did not discuss with me that they are not going to sell me the car- I found out a 2weeks later when I was checking up. They used the “I needed to trade a vehicle in” card to why they are refusing to sell me the RST. The truth of the matter is, I was using a preferred pricing discount (as to the company I work for had already negotiated with the dealership on their employees behalf) so they did not want to sell me a vehicle for the discounted price. Awful service, horrible customer experience would not recommend. More
Staff are nice and very welcoming. The place is clean and presentable. If they make a mistake they will try at their best to fix it and get a happy customer out the door. Philip was my car dealer and he was an amazing car sales person who explained and thrived for me to get the best . This year 2022 while trying to change my vehicle a few things went sideways but I am glad to say they have tried their best on fixing the problem. I would definitely come back but deal with Philip. I recently brought my 2016 sierra in and the whole passenger side of my truck, led lights did not work, I paid them to look into it. They had stated I needed all new headlight lights and taillights passenger side of my truck, led lights did not work, I paid them to look into it. They had stated I needed all new headlight lights and taillights which in turn would have over 2 thousand dollars. I dug more into it and found it to be a basic fuse and replaced it myself for $2.50 and everything works as it should, don’t go here for any electrical work! More

I had originally wanted to buy a new trax. My salesman told me that I couldn’t get blind spot detectors on the vehicle so I was disappointed but still wanted the suv. I signed the papers and went home and told me that I couldn’t get blind spot detectors on the vehicle so I was disappointed but still wanted the suv. I signed the papers and went home and did some more research on their website and found out that you actually CAN get blind spot detectors. So I called up my salesman and asked him to get me one that does. He found a Buick Encore in stock in okotoks that had it. He drove it from okotoks to Calgary for me. Upon receiving it I soon realized that the blind spot detectors were just a light in the mirror, with no audible warning like I swear I had asked for. The cross traffic alert has an audible warning, I don’t know why the blind spot detectors don’t. There should have at least been an option for the audible alert. Very frustrated. More
2nd time in for service for our 2018 spark. I was told an hour and a half. 2 and a half hours later and AGAIN having to ask about where my car was...im done with the dealership and will take our car elsewher hour and a half. 2 and a half hours later and AGAIN having to ask about where my car was...im done with the dealership and will take our car elsewhere.not busy at all..im sorry we had to yet again deal with this kind of service..1st time was 5 hours for an oil change and the service attendant didnt listen and called a number we said NOT TO CALL!! He had the right number.. Done with crap service ohhh ya then had to wait 20 min to have car washed after service which again was only to be 1 and a half hours.. More
