My father sold GM cars for 35 years and it's the only thing I'd buy when my wife and I were looking for a new car. Well, I didn't realize I was going to be suckerpunched. I've brought my brand new, 2012 cruze into the dealership more than 18 times in 3 years, each time something different was wrong. In reality, the Dealership never fixed the problem in the first place they just kept guessing. 2 New Cam shafts and covers, 2 New fuel pumps, x2 new water pumps, x2 Turbo Chargers, New Radiator put in on the second week I owned the car, New batteries (on my 3rd), no engine power, constant engine light; I paid to have autostart but have never got to use it because the car is always broken... the list goes on. I've spent thousands of my own money on this car even while it was under warranty and have lost days of work because of it. Negative battery cable problems (I Paid), Throttle body problems (I Paid) and even after those are fixed there's a list of error codes including electrical malfunctions. Half the time it smells like exhaust is coming into the car when you're driving. I contacted GM for help. After making me run in circles for 2 months talking to 10 different CSRs/Managers, GM said they WOULD NOT help me in any way. This car cost me 35,000 and I've never had a car without issues; Now it is costing me daily. DO NOT BUY ONE, PLEASE. I'm saving you tens of thousands of dollars and years of stress and headaches. By far one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with in my life and I've never felt so robbed in all my life with such a large purchase. GM is out to get you; To take you for a fool; rob you of your time and money. I'm really not trying to xxxxx and complain that much, I just hope I save someone the incredible mistake of buying a GM-made vehicle. This Dealership (CMP) is where I bought the car and they have never helped me, ever. If anything they added to the problems. The service here is terrible; the service manager Derek is a high school kid - complete moron. Don't go here! More

CMP Body Shop After 3000 km my 2016 HD Duramax had paint chips from the front of the truck all the way to the tailgate of the truck. Les the body shop manager said all he cared about was that I was taken care and had the truck covered under warranty. When I picked truck up they only repaired half the truck and said it had thin paint only on the front of the truck??? Les would not call me or communicate with me, never gave me an option to pay to repair the rest of the truck!!! I sent and email to the senior management team at CMP Auto and as well they ignored me. I would not recommend CMP Auto to anybody unless you want half the job completed. Worst service I have ever experienced from a GM dealer in my life!!! More

Young Woman for a used car I went to plenty of dealerships before this one and this is the first one that I didn't have to hunt down a sales person on my own, someone actually c I went to plenty of dealerships before this one and this is the first one that I didn't have to hunt down a sales person on my own, someone actually came out to find me and showed me vehicles that might interest me that I didnt ask specifically to see and they were fantastic to deal with and got a great price!
