I purchased my first family vehicle at CMP in 2011. When it was time to trade that vehicle in, I knew I would return to CMP. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Oliver, in new sales is a great salesman and did everything I asked. He worked hard for me to get the payments in my budget and negotiated with finance to get me the truck I wanted. I would highly recommend Oliver to all my friends and family. CMP is always my first choice for routine maintenance and repairs. CMP goes above and beyond what is expected from a car dealership. They care about the customer during the deal, but most importantly they care for the customer after the sale. I had a minor issue with my previous loan after trade in. I texted Oliver and he helped me without question. Any other dealership may have said it wasn't there problem, but Oliver offered his assistance instantly. That is true customer service! I will always come back to CMP for the great people that work there and the amazing customer service. Bonus, my kids love the free popcorn :) More

Regret my choice in buying here I recently purchased a used but basically brand new ram from the pre owned area which everyone there was wonderful until i had the displeasure of deal I recently purchased a used but basically brand new ram from the pre owned area which everyone there was wonderful until i had the displeasure of dealing with the service center. It all started with a puncture in the tire that had been acting up since the original purchase day. I called the service department who told me to deal with goodyear who sent me back to service to another service advisor that didn't even deal with that area then back to them and this went on for 2 days!!! Finally the pre owned sales manager helped me out. So forward to when i went to get it fixed. I specifically asked if i should book an appointment was told no it would be 45 minutes....yeah thats a load of horsesh** . It took 3 hours and when i inquired about my truck i got the same xxxx poor attitude from the service advisor as i did from the moment i walked in. I also had the protection plan which id like to use so i reluctantly called the service department to book and they sent me on another chase of push the job to someone else. Yes they give 10 free oil changes with my truck purchase but honestly i would rather send them back and take my business else where! This is the worst service department EVER! Would never buy from them again! Bob Thompson, Ryan King, Jonathan and also Austin in the used center are incredible and give me a bit of respect for this dealership More

I was encouraged to get the warranty package, which I did and was ensured it was head to toe and covered everything( and not cheap)..... roll on a to the 1st week of April and I find myself with a $1600 bill as it wasnt covered under the warranty that covered eveything "head to toe". Lesson here folks makes sure you read the fine print to ensure that everything is infact everything! More
