Dear reviewer - I am told you could not come up with the money required down payment and that is the real reason you could not get the vehicle ! Enough said. Phil Engs

Dear customer - Very sorry to you had a no start. From what I understand you had a new battery installed in the 2009 Ford F150 for which we reimbursed you $179.00 for the battery and labour. I also see we had an appointment here on Aug. 19 to reseal the 3rd brake light above the rear window to fix the water leak. I apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We sell used vehicles and sometimes there are issues that were not evident at the time of purchase. We do warranty the vehicles to correct these issues that may arise. And yes we can test batteries in our shop. Phil Engs

Dear reviewer - Are you sure this review is intended for CMH. You have made the review incognito. We DO have price hangers in the windshields of our vehicles for sale on the lot ! At any given time, we generally have 2 to 3 salespeople working. We have never had 5 or 6 salespeople in the showroom ever at CMH. We have all of our certified vehicles fully detailed, and also professionally deodourized and disinfected professionally by Airtrona. Our sales staff is on commission so if they do not serve customers and sell they do not get paid. You have chosen not identify yourself, which salesperson you dealt with, and which vehicle you drove. If you have issues to discuss please feel free to call. Phil.

Dear customer - Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. You are absolutely correct that the salesperson should have stopped eating and help get the car out for you and make sure it had enough gas in it. We have had a meeting to discuss this to try to avoid from happening again. As far as applying for financing on a specific vehicle, we do not hold a vehicle unless there is a small deposit on it. The deposit is of course fully refundable. This is standard practice in the auto sales industry. The deposit "holds" the vehicle for you so it cannot be sold for two days while we attempt to arrange financing for you. Phil Engs.

You forgot to mention that you came here in the worst snowstorm of the year with heavy snowfall and icy conditions. OPP had closed the highway and we were NOT allowing test drives for SAFETY concerns. In addition, after arriving here, you wanted us to discount the vehicle (Chrysler 300) by $2,000 even though we state right in out ads that we have no haggle pricing and advertise out best price. Sorry that you wasted a trip, but we state our pricing policy right in our ads to avoid these situations. Phil Engs
