IF any issues arose, it was taken care of right away (within reason of course). Don't forget people, these are used vehicles and can be prone to hidden problems. You are covered regardelss. Do your research, make sure you purchase the right vehicle for your needs and budget. Don't demand perfection unless you are perfect yourself. Financing options were very flexible too. My next car/suv will be purchased here in due time. More
Stay away from them Purchased a vehicle. Vehicle was three days old would not start The vehicle left me stranded with me and my family and had a leak in the back window a Purchased a vehicle. Vehicle was three days old would not start The vehicle left me stranded with me and my family and had a leak in the back window after a major rainstorm the same day. Called and talked to Bruce basically was on untrerested in trying to help me out. Asked him if they can do an Apr test on the vehicle to see why it would not start The response was we don't have the equipment to test it. I told him about the window and is kind that was brushed off. Nobody there seem to want to help me even though I had the vehicle for three days. I told him that I would get the vehicle repair and send the bill to them. Since they do not want to help me out so much for the 60 day warranty. I am going to consumer affairs about this company they just want to sell you a car terrible customer service terrible staff terrible experience. All I wanted was my vehicle fixed that was not my doing. Asked if they could give me a loaner vehicle so they can fix my car with the leaky window they brushed it off basically leading me to get to work without a vehicle They did not go out of their way to do anything for me Stay away from this company I hope they go out of business soon will be talking to the Better Business Bureau about them. Going to have to go get my vehicle safety to see what other stuff they have missed. It is a very poor unprofessional company More

Had to go into sales office to ask for someone to ass Arrived with cash in hand to purchase a vehicle....looked around the lot but nothing is priced. Had to go into sales office to ask for someone to assist me. I was completely ignored. Wow, you would have thought that I had asked the receptionist for her first born child...she was extremely stand-offish and uninterested. I did see 5 or 6 people sitting at desks, but not one of them even offered to help me when I entered. I felt very awkward like I was interrupting their social time......sorry about that guys! Test drove a vehicle., drove nice but dirty and smelly which put me off. They could have at least make the vehicles presentable on the inside. Took my $14,000 to another dealership who served me very well. More

Once the vehicle was purchased we had no issues but I found it to be difficult to get information unless you spoke to the right person, which I found could be difficult. Well, they sure made me feel inadequate ... Horrible service I had came in last Saturday after hearing from a family member how great they were and test drove a couple cars and fell in love with the one. I don’t I had came in last Saturday after hearing from a family member how great they were and test drove a couple cars and fell in love with the one. I don’t usually do this as I am not one to speak up when upset however the customer service that was provided to me was probably the worst I had experienced EVER. Starting off, the sales rep Ray seemed more concerned with eating his lunch and didnt even pull out the car for me (I had to myself), I dont know about you but other dealerships I have been to pull the car out for you, especially when they are all in tight spots. Not to mention give me a car to test drive which was on empty. That was only the beginning, what I am most upset about was the finance manager Leonie. I understand that my credit is not great right not, actually its awful and its something that is a huge struggle to deal with. Leonie was fully aware I was interested in the Equinox and told her I would like to apply for financing. She asked me to put a deposit down, I have never heard of needing to do this EVER! As a matter of fact, I had recently applied through Hyundai and they had found me financing through a company (which I mentioned to Leonie) and not once did she ask for money up front to do this. Leonie had mentioned she would get back to me on Monday which she never did so I emailed her on Thurs and her response was : Sorry, I didn’t realize that you had picked a vehicle since no down payment was left and I didn’t see you. I did send your application over today and it was refused. To many credit issues at this time. Thanks for ALL you effort and help. Well, glad to say I will be picking up my new Hyundai from a dealership that truly knows how to treat people and doesnt make you feel worthless. DONT DO IT PEOPLE! More
Don't waste your time at CMH Auto. We found a vehicle at CMH Auto on Autotrader and made arrangements to go see it. We travelled two hours in a snow storm from Toronto with our mechanic. We had called ahead to ask them to have the car ready. When we arrived the salesman Bruce did not even know what vehicle we were there to see. When we walked out to the lot the car was still covered in snow. Bruce was unable to answer any questions about the car and left us for 15 minutes while he went inside the dealership. We expected he was retrieving plates for a test drive. When he returned he had no plates and told us we were not allowed to test drive the vehicle. We felt the salesman was completely disinterested and they are completely uninterested in discussing price. After writing about a 3 page email to the owner Phil, I received only an arbitrary "we will get back to you" response which never infact happened. Stay away from CMH Auto and avoid the disappointment of a dealership that doesn't want to sell you the car you want to own. More
AS TRADED means NO DEAL NO TEST JUST BUY! I called about a reasonably priced used saab vehicle. It was advertised as traded and not certified. I offered to pay the full asking price no quest I called about a reasonably priced used saab vehicle. It was advertised as traded and not certified. I offered to pay the full asking price no questions asked if I could have the car safety checked first. I said if the safety requirements were reasonable and not way overpriced I would still pay the asking price. I was willing to pay for the safety so either way it cost them nothing. The response from the sales person was a flat out no. Buy it and then take it where you want for a safety and it could also not leave the yard for a road test. They do have dealer plates so I see no reason for not allowing a road test. You would have to wonder if they sell as traded vehicles knowing there are major problems and just want to unload the vehicle onto the first sucker that comes in. The sales person's name was Mike and this was Sat. May 17th in the morning. More
