Great customer service Bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata back in November of 2015. We took out a 2012 Hyundai Elantra as well but fell in love with the sonata. Michael was our sa Bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata back in November of 2015. We took out a 2012 Hyundai Elantra as well but fell in love with the sonata. Michael was our sales rep. and was very helpful with everything. Heidi was our financer and got us a great rate for the payments. Dan the service technician was knowledgeable and quick to get the car ready for certification. Even after 5 months we had a minor issue with a leak with the windshield, they were great to direct me to a repair facility at no cost. Overall our experience has been great. More

A great truck but salesman didn't follow trough. I bought a great pick up truck about a month ago. I asked that they do the alignment before I picked it up. Steering wheel is not centered it is off c I bought a great pick up truck about a month ago. I asked that they do the alignment before I picked it up. Steering wheel is not centered it is off clockwise and the truck pulls to the left. When I arrived I asked if this was done and told yes it was. I thanked them went off, hit the hwy on the way home and sure enough they have not fixed it. I called left a message for this to be taken care of etc no was going away for work for over a week and I needed this rectified. I have left 2 messages. Not return phone call. I also discovered today the XM radio was supposed to be on the truck. I received a call from XM asking how I enjoyed it ( a month later) said nobody told me and tried it it doesn't work. I would like my alignment done. Will ruin the tires if it isn't. More

Above and beyond. My visit began with a broken back latch on my 2008 Ford Escape. It was sat afternoon and really didn't expect any resolution till Monday. So as I park My visit began with a broken back latch on my 2008 Ford Escape. It was sat afternoon and really didn't expect any resolution till Monday. So as I parked and went to go in dealership Bruce came out to see me , I told him that my latch was not working ok he said let's have a look. We tried it several times and it was not working. He fetched some tools and began to take it apart only to find that it was nackered. He took pictures and said he would go so if he could get the part today he could not. Said he would order for Monday I said ok. As I was leaving I spotted another Escape on the lot I asked Bruce if we could possibly use the part from that one as it was getting close to closing time anyway. He said he would have to get it cleared from management and call me. 430 came and he called me said it was cleared and come right away. I did. The part switch was done quick and efficient and I was very pleased as I really didn't want to have to leave my vehicle open for the rest of the weekend. I thanked him and said that he went above and beyond and that sometimes it is all about customer service. He also asked if I would be kind enough to fill out this survey as I am doing right now. I have other issues with my vehicle and I will be quick to have them resolved as well. As I have said many times in my life it's all about customer service...Chris Verstraete..... More
