Buying sight-unseen worked fine for me I was surprised by the "no-haggling" policy but I accepted that the price was indeed market-correct. They gave me a higher price on my trade-in than another dealership so I was happy to close on the deal. Bruce Saalmans is a straight-shooter who tracked down the answers I wanted about the car. I also noticed that the owner was actively making sure I was getting the service I needed. All told, I was perfectly happy to have worked out a deal remotely and didn't mind driving 6 hours to get the truck I wanted. But, sheesh, guys, how about investing in a little decor for that showroom; I can see that none of my money went into that lol! More

Dan the service technician was knowledgeable and quick to get the car ready for certification. Even after 5 months we had a minor issue with a leak with the windshield, they were great to direct me to a repair facility at no cost. Overall our experience has been great. More

A great truck but salesman didn't follow trough. I bought a great pick up truck about a month ago. I asked that they do the alignment before I picked it up. Steering wheel is not centered it is off c I bought a great pick up truck about a month ago. I asked that they do the alignment before I picked it up. Steering wheel is not centered it is off clockwise and the truck pulls to the left. When I arrived I asked if this was done and told yes it was. I thanked them went off, hit the hwy on the way home and sure enough they have not fixed it. I called left a message for this to be taken care of etc no was going away for work for over a week and I needed this rectified. I have left 2 messages. Not return phone call. I also discovered today the XM radio was supposed to be on the truck. I received a call from XM asking how I enjoyed it ( a month later) said nobody told me and tried it it doesn't work. I would like my alignment done. Will ruin the tires if it isn't. More
