Mike the knight CMH review: I had what you would call a "small potatoes kind of deal". Had a 2008 cobalt and 2007 Camry I wanted to trade in for a used SUV. But u CMH review: I had what you would call a "small potatoes kind of deal". Had a 2008 cobalt and 2007 Camry I wanted to trade in for a used SUV. But unlike many other dealerships I was treated with respect. My sales dude was Micheal who was extremely relaxed, friendly and not pushy. I found a SUV I liked but was taken back a little initially on the trade values on my cars. So I left spent two days attending numerous other used car lots and quickly learned they were fairly accurate and fair on my trade in value. When I went back two days later the manager appraised my cobalt and came up $250 on trade in value. Doesn't seem like much however it was greatly appreciated and made me feel like they wanted to make a deal and do there best for me and them. (End of the day, there a business if they don't make money, they wouldn't be there). Both the owner Phil and Micheal explained I could sell for more on my own, however the few hundred more I MAY GET id lose out when I came to buy as I would have to pay the 13% tax. Seems obvious but I did overlook that fact until it was mentioned to me. (Greatly appreciated saved me the hassle and headache of a private sale). This is long winded enough, one more quick point, after hours of searching car lots, on Kijiji and autotrader CMH really does have the best pricing, avoiding the b*llxxxx of trying to get the best price. Plus they give you a basic warranty to help you buy with peace of mind. In a nutshell I would only do business at CMH going forward, great selection, good pricing, nice friendly group of employees.
