First time buyer Being a first time buyer I was pretty nervous going in hearing the 'used car dealership' horror stories, but everyone was awesome. I worked with Matt starting out and he's a super friendly guy, open and honest about the product, all around pleasant dude. Afterwards Michael took over and same thing, friendly, open, easy going, answered all my questions, answered ones I didn't know I had and kept in touch frequently enough. Heidi handled my financing and including everything above, she got me a great deal, explained all the terms and got me even better numbers than I expected. Highly recommended! More

Extremely happy We came to your company because of a specific vehicle that you had posted on Kijiji. Once there we were nicely greeted by everyone. Michael apologised for not being there for us when we walked in. He was looking after clients. (we had not called ahead) He was charming, not pushy, and down to earth. This is a trait that we appreciate. When we came back to finalise the purchase he was right there for us, even though we could see he was busy, he took care of the customers he was dealing with, obviously to their satisfaction and came straight to us. (Again we did not call ahead.) Whilst waiting for paperwork etc. to be finalised, we met with Doug, he came over because we were having trouble with the Kurig, we only have a Tasimo. We chatted for some time, again a down to earth solid guy. We hope to run this unit we have purchased from you for a couple of years. Second vehicle purchase I have purchased our second vehicle from CMH just recently. When it came time and no matter where I searched (carguru Etc.) it always seemed to lead b I have purchased our second vehicle from CMH just recently. When it came time and no matter where I searched (carguru Etc.) it always seemed to lead back to CMH. I once again dealt with Ray on the search and purchase of my 2013 F150 pick-up. Lets face facts, it is a used vehicle and there were some quirks. Ray had no problems addressing them and I never felt that I was bothering him. The service team dove into the concerns and were relentless until I was satisfied. The truck has never run better and I am more then satisfied with the purchase. Next time I need a vehicle I will save time and go directly to CMH to see Ray and the team. I would definetly recommend CMH to anyone. Note for Ray : You re not going to retire........ More
