Mike to the rescue! I applied online, after a week I called CMH to find out what was happening. Heidi took my call and said there was computer issues, asked me some quest I applied online, after a week I called CMH to find out what was happening. Heidi took my call and said there was computer issues, asked me some questions and said she would get back to me later that day. Never happened. Called back 3 days later to find out the car I wanted was sold and that Heidi tried calling me 3 times? I have a cell phone that keeps a log? Anyways Heidi told me Mike would be assisting me if I wanted to choose another car. Honestly looked elsewhere because I felt like they didn’t want my business- until Mike. He called me, tried to find another car like the one I wanted, called me again to come in and see him, just very attentive and friendly. I ended up getting an even better car! Mike was amazing and Was involved through the whole experience. Heidi ended up being helpful just not sure what happened at the beginning. Definitely recommend Mike- he gets people and is not a pushy salesman. More
